Parkside Painting just completed a repaint of our stucco and trim. The prep, including scraping of stucco and wood, was thorough, and the finished paint job looks beautiful. Areas that had looked a bit shabby are now gleaming with new life! We are very happy with the result. Dan, our painter, was meticulous, hard-working and quick, plus being a nice person, whom we were happy to have at our place. Other staff members with whom we had contact (Mike, the manager, whom we saw in person several times; and Sunny, who sent well-written daily updates with photos) were also a pleasure to deal with--always friendly and professional. Our highest praise for Parkside Painting. We’ve had two contracts in the last couple of years.
This company is professional and delivers excellent service and product . From the initial quote, daily progress reports to the final “walk through” we could not be more satisfied.
This last job required repair and restoration and Dan, a painter/artisan was able to resolve  issues that went well beyond the original contract.
I so appreciated. Parkside’s /Mike’s/Dan’s ability to reschedule our job as I had given them dates that ultimately did not work well for me..in terms of overseas guests.
What a relief to have professional assistance with competence and consideration.

We had Parkside Painting prep and paint all the window and door trim, soffits and some siding on our 1933 home, and they did a great job.
As an architect, I have a list of good contractors in town and I know other good painters, but we were in a hurry to get started and those others were many months or even next year away, so we listened to Mike from Parkside who carefully measured up the scope of the work.
1.  He gave us a price with various qualities of materials from good to excellent for us to choose from, within 24 hours.
2. They shuffled there schedule and crew to start that week.
3. The crew was courteous, professional and personable - no foul language, no getto blasters blazing.
4. They kept us informed of there timing and process, and we recieved written progress reports daily.
5.  The prep work was thorough,  and any anomalies were brought to our attention with proposals for solutions for our consideration.
6. The work was efficiently organized to account for the weather forecast.
7. The minor changes to the work were fairly accounted for and easy to arrange.
8. The job was finished a half a day early, and we are very happy with the result.
9 The 4 day stay in a resort offer is a bit gimmicky. I doubt it will turn out to be a BIG 6 Motel along side a freeway, but even if that turns out to be so, for the reasonable price for an excellent experience and paint job, I would hire Parkside again.

We recently engaged Parkside Painting to paint several areas (both interior and exterior) of our heritage house and Dan did a fantastic job. In addition to painting, they installed a backsplash in our bathroom and a concrete door sill at our basement door. Throughout the entire job they were professional, prompt, courteous, had clear communication, and executed high-quality work.
